When we got home, we discovered the 30 wings were pla... read more My wife placed an order on November 19, 2023, around 2:30 pm for a small Hawaiian Wings and 30 mild wings. When we got home, we discovered the 30 wings were plain instead of mild. My wife called and spoke to Cruz, who said we’d have to return the order for a refund or replacement. I went back to the restaurant, expecting a simple solution to keep us satisfied, but instead faced refusal, shouting, and was eventually directed to a manager. There was a big scene in front of other customers before the order was finally remade. When I received it, only half of the order was in the bag, so I had to return again to get the rest. What upset me most was when a Filipino customer asked Cruz for my original order, and Cruz gave it to him—something I caught on video around 4:00 pm. Who asks for food that’s been returned? Even worse, how does a company allow this to happen, putting customers at risk by giving away returned food? This is the third problematic experience at this location. It’s frustrating to have to drive twice, waste gas, and miss a football game just to get what we paid for. Instead of resolving issues quietly to keep customers happy, the staff causes unnecessary confrontations in a store that already has a low rating. Although their website stated they open at 11 am, when I arrived, the store was still closed and they were still setting up. The cashier, a petite young woman, was also rude to customers.

Wingstop gets very busy on weekends and Fridays. Even if you place an online order for four hours later and arrive 15 minutes after your scheduled time, you mig... read more Wingstop gets very busy on weekends and Fridays. Even if you place an online order for four hours later and arrive 15 minutes after your scheduled time, you might still end up waiting another 30 minutes. On weekdays, the wait time with an online order is usually about 10 extra minutes. I feel for the staff because they’re clearly working hard, but it’s surprising they don’t have more help or a better system to manage the high volume of orders.
