Employees ignore everyone at the pickup/order ahead sign. Then why is there a (pickup/order ahead sign !!! Ratchet, unorganized, this store needs a manager or fire the current manger. Embarrassing
Take super long to make orders almost an hour… they messed up on my order after waiting for that long EVERYTHING AND THE SAUCE WAS SPILLED. Literally just throw whatever was made put it out.
These people really took 35 minutes to give me my food that was just sitting there. Waste of time and the workers are definitely not customer service friendly.
Terrible, disgusting, black and watery
Horrible customer service. constantly ignoring order updates and very disrespectful towards customers. each order takes at least 30 minutes minimum to get out and never count out the possibility of your order not even getting sent out. ridiculous
