Wingstop - Hayward

This is only the second negative review I have ever written for a business. I placed an online order at 8:26 and was supposed to pick it up within 16 to 21 minutes. Everyone else was able to pick up their orders except for me. The cashier only apologized and blamed me for ordering the Hot HoneyRub Wings. He explained that they were still making the sauce, which made me wonder if they were making it from scratch or harvesting honey from trees. It is now 9:29 pm and I am still waiting for my order. Update: I finally received my order at 9:35 pm.

Terrible customer service the make me a half an hour the are racism the 3 employee the are serving first there same mexican people than other asian and other culture who came first and order food. and fries look burn. and taste salty

This restaurant is the absolute worst. They have no respect for the customers' time, always running late. It doesn't matter what time you schedule your pickup, you will always end up waiting at least 30 minutes. It's a total disaster.

This restaurant gets extremely busy on weekends or Fridays. Even if you place an online order for 4 hours later and arrive 15 minutes after the designated time, you may still have to wait an additional 30 minutes. On weekdays, the wait time with an online order is probably an extra 10 minutes. I sympathize with the staff because they are clearly working hard, but it's crazy that they don't have more help or are unable to handle the high volume of orders.

The hot wings and fries were ready for us when we picked up our food, allowing us enough time to enjoy our lunch.
