KFC - Hayward

WOW...I can’t believe the outstanding service. KFC is like other fast food locations. The food is always consistent but the variable factors are service, cleanliness and speed. This location nailed the service in the drive thru. I drove away shocked how great the service was. They delivered my food fast. They asked if I wanted condiments for my chicken and biscuit. They had energy, made eye contact, and thanked. The best service I’ve had from a fast food restaurant in a long time.

Worst KFC!!! They are ALWAYS out of chicken and the line is always ridiculously long. Horrible!!

Big mistake going here waited 45 min for food went through drive through was told to park and wait after waiting in my car for 30 min I went in and was ignored for another 15 min finally some guy noticed me and came at me with attitude really?

This is the WORST KFC I have ever been to the staff is great and personable but and I quote they ALWAYS have long wait times and are ALWAYS out of CHICKEN. Not just one style but All of it and early. This is ridiculous for a CHICKEN restaurant. I get theydon't want to get stuck with extra at the end of the night but to be out of your PRIMARY FOOD 4-5 prior to close several +nights a week is bad business and this has been happening for a long time. I waited for almost 30 minutes to get to the orderkiosk to be told they were out the other night they didn't even post they were out. They let you wait in the drive thru line and waste even more time. It happened to me and 2 family members this week alone and several other times this year just decided topost more. Disappointed ????

Drive through was terrible behind oil burning car. And least 7 cars in line in front of me that became 20 minutes. Order was incorrectly put up. They fixed. But then no ranch dip sauce as requested at ordering speaker. I guess you have to recheck everyorder? Chicken and tenders order was just okay. Fries a little warm.
