Although their website stated they open at 11 am, when I arrived, the store was still closed and they were still setting up. The cashier, a petite young woman, was also rude to customers.

Even if you place an online order for four hours later and arrive 15 minutes after your scheduled time, you might still end up waiting another 30 minutes. On weekdays, the wait time with an online order is usually about 10 extra minutes. I feel for the staff because they’re clearly working hard, but it’s surprising they don’t have more help or a better system to manage the high volume of orders.
