Not a healthy option and whether it's a freshly cooked chicken depends on when you get there. DT service was friendly but damn, I'm 53 yearsold. It matters even more now what I put in my body. KFC is not IT...and there's healthier options. I had fried, crispy, hard,chicken strips. I was hungry, Oh well...live and continue learning.

He informed me that they don't accept additional orders at the wi... read more I visited the drive-thru and asked the cashier, Edgarm, if we could add to our existing order. He informed me that they don't accept additional orders at the window. Once we received our three original orders, we realized we hadn’t been given a receipt, so we had to ask for one. It would be beneficial for the restaurant to clearly communicate at the drive-thru that they can't take extra orders to prevent confusion. Additionally, the bag they used for our orders was so flimsy that it tore when it was handed to us. Overall, my experience with KFC this time was disappointing. It's unfortunate, but I feel compelled to change my positive review from a year ago and share what happened.
