He informed me that they don't accept additional orders at the window. Once we received our three original orders, we realized we hadn’t been given a receipt, so we had to ask for one. It would be beneficial for the restaurant to clearly communicate at the drive-thru that they can't take extra orders to prevent confusion. Additionally, the bag they used for our orders was so flimsy that it tore when it was handed to us. Overall, my experience with KFC this time was disappointing. It's unfortunate, but I feel compelled to change my positive review from a year ago and share what happened.
