Best fish and chips in this area. I selected the cod fish and chips. Crispy crust and cod perfectly cooked and a generous serving. Haven't had battered fish and chips this good for a long time. I paid $9.75 for two pieces of catfish and chips. What I got was more like two halves of one catfish and a sprinkling of chips. Jay's Fish Chips was recommended by family and I am thoroughly disappointed with what I received. I will go farther and pay more at my standby London Fish Chip (18890 Hesperian Blvd., North Hayward). While they don't have catfish their menu is always consistent and worth the price. View all feedback.
