I asked for a receipt for my purchase and he said it's gonna take ten minutes really so our lunch gonna get cold waiting for a receipt. This place is nasty and lack supervision and leadership. I will never return here even though I live in this town I understand when people keep saying don't go to this kfc. By the way the chicken was not done, and cold by the time I made it back to my company. He offered no apology for my wait at all. Who hired this clown.

M... read more Ok, so let me start by saying that the customer service was superb. I hate that I have to give this visit a low mark because the employees deserve far better. My complaint is with the cleanliness of the operation. A ROACH crawled across the wall as we were trying to enjoy our meal. This was middle of the day so little creepy boi had zero concern for proximity to we giant humans. (All roaches are males btw. I couldnt tell you why, just is. The place was not messy at all...tables were cleared and wiped, trash wasnt overflowing or anything...no standing water or spills...so that means the bugs are an infestation due to a lack of deep cleaning in the back of house. Probably in the soda lines and steam tables. Just dont stop here. Go down the road to Arbys or Subway. Or do stop and thank the employees for doing such a great job in such a poor environment.
