He replied, “I brought your food out because I know people my age get confused," which left me quite taken aback. Then he walked off. After waiting for my fries, he returned, gave me a disapproving look, shoved the bag into my hands, and reiterated that I needed to park in the designated spot. It felt unnecessary for him to be rude and talk to me that way. I spoke to a male manager about the situation, but his response was simply, “Well, he’s right; it's over there.” I was left speechless by his lack of empathy. If there’s that much confusion over parking, they might as well offer valet service.

I arrived at 8:30 pm, but found the lobby doors locked, even though the sign indicated they were open until 11:00 pm on a Wednesday. I walked around to the drive-thru window and was informed that the lobby was closed and that they do not serve walk-up customers. I called the store to get the regional manager's number, and then I was invited back inside to place my order. While I went to the restroom, my wife remained at the counter and overheard some unprofessional comments from the staff. As I was leaving, I heard the door lock behind me. I don't usually complain, but I won’t be returning to this location, and I wouldn’t recommend it to others either.
