We popped in to here for dinner before Kinky Boots. Great burgers and fast service. The staff are friendly and the store is well located.

First time going to an Oporto. Probably wouldn't be a first choice in the future. Not a usual frequenter of fast food establishments, I had the opportunity to duck in for a meal on the run. Another more well known one was opposite, but I thought I would try this place. I had a chicken and bacon burger with a side of fries. Firstly, I was the only one there at 7:00pm and there was no staff visible, but I could hear talking. After waiting for well over a minute, a staff member walked out and asked if I was OK? Hmm!Anyway, since I had a while to look at the board, I chose and then sat down. Still the only one in the restaurant, the order took 8 minutes to be ready, and I was called up to the counter to collect my bag of food.I at least thought it could have been brought over to me, and I thought that they came on trays and not in a bag.Anyway, the fries were good with a seasoning on, but the burger was a bit hohum! The burger had sweated in the wrapping and was soggy on the bottom, but the chicken was juicy. There was however, a disproportionate amount of bread bun to chicken. The bacon was fairly non-existent!As I thanked the again invisible staff as I left, there may have been an acknowledgement but ...

7.45pm Wed 30/12/15. Really wanted our oporto fix. Would have to be the worst oporto chicken tender & burger ever. Chicken was very dry & lacked flavour & the usual spicy oporto flavour. We should have gone to the Newtown branch. We were told limited menu as they were cooking a new batch & a 15-20min wait. To top it off, our order was given to another customer.
