I have updated this review. They must have new management. The place is clean and the employees are always friendly and polite. The food is even better. I now eat here when getting lunch.Only had a 85 cleanliness rating. Garbage on the floor and some of the employees looked dirty. With McDonalds getting a 65 Hayesville needs a CLEAN fast food restaurant. I won't eat at a place with below a 95. No excuse for dirtiness... View all feedback.

I went through the drive-thru and ordered a bacon cheeseburger and a monster burger. When I got home, both burgers were covered in crumbs. I called the manager and all he said was, "I didn't know anything about it, I'm sorry." Sorry? After spending almost $24, all he could say was sorry. The food was terrible! The food was served cold and we ended up eating in the parking lot. The service for takeout was rated a 3 out of 5, while the food quality also received a 3 out of 5. The atmosphere was rated a 2 out of 5.
The bacon double cheeseburgers at this restaurant were delicious. I always try to be patient and understanding with workers, so even though the service was slow, I didn't say anything. The meal was for lunch and cost between $10-20 per person.
On Sunday morning, I arrived at the restaurant only to find that the door had a time for dining in but was locked. I had to drive through the first window to ask why it was locked, and was told that they were not open for dine-in service. This was very disappointing and unacceptable. Frustrated with excuses related to COVID and staffing shortages, I left without placing an order. I found the situation to be absolutely ridiculous.

All of you leaving bad reviews really don’t understand that we are SEVERLY understaffed and we are doing our very best in very poor work conditions. We wouldn’t work here if we had a choice. The people who work here are desperate for money and have already exhausted our other options. night shift only has 2-3 people a night and when we get rushed it’s not fun. At all. So maybe have a little more patience for the people who are busting their buttsTRYING to get your stuff out to you. We make mistakes. We just need the money so we’re trying our best.
The drive-thru at this restaurant was efficient, with two friendly young men working at the window. They even offered a small, tasty treat to my dog. The food was not very fresh and the fries were a bit stale, but it was close to closing time at 5 o'clock.
I primarily utilize the drive-thru at this restaurant, so my review is based on that experience. The service was excellent, with friendly staff and minimal waiting time between customers.
Service was very slow, especially since there was no one else to serve except a car at drive thru. The Hayesville Hardee's has poor service compared to the Hardee's in Andrews (which is much more customer oriented).
They were out of a lot of stuff and the place wasn't clean there was one girl in the back who was new making food she kept saying I am sorry I am new I am new but the manager was sitting on the phone on face time while the 3 other employees They had were running around like crazy

I absolutely adore the mushroom Swiss burger, chicken sandwich, and chicken strips at this restaurant! My only wish is that they could hire more staff so they could be open more often. The current staff does a fantastic job despite being understaffed. Keep up the great work, guys!

On Sunday morning, we arrived at the restaurant only to find the door locked despite the posted dining hours. After driving up to the first window and inquiring why the door was locked, we were informed that the restaurant was not open for dine-in service. Disappointed by this unanticipated turn of events, we decided to leave without placing an order. This experience left us feeling frustrated and fed up with the ongoing excuses of COVID and staffing shortages.
Haven't been here in years! It was good, much better than most fast food burgers.

The drive-thru was quick, with two friendly young men working at the window. They even offered my dog his own treat! Unfortunately, the food was not fresh, and the fries were not crispy, but it was close to closing time at around 5pm.
The restaurant no longer provides a Military Discount. However, the staff is pleasant, the place is clean, and the guest WIFI is okay. They also offer good coupon deals when available.
I primarily utilize the drive-thru service at this restaurant, so my review is based on that experience. The service was excellent, with friendly staff and very little wait time between customers.

I won't eat at a place with below a 95. No excuse for dirtiness, germs and poor hygiene. They are inspected multiple times a year and know what is expected. Both managers should have been terminated.
