the chips were inedible, hard as if frozen or reheated. batter on a grilled plate chew and unusable. lumpy rice, fat chow mine. so bad did we ask ourselves why? first call cut off/hung up? second call offered a free dish next time, advised not...acceptable, offered £5 from next meal. it will not be a next meal, we literally have the whole amount in the bin. disgusting eating, shameful keeping.
