A group of 10 of us went to this restaurant for a birthday party on September 9, 2017. We all had a great time thanks to the owner and her son, Mario. They were extremely helpful and accommodating, going above and beyond to make sure we had a great experience. Awful customer service by the manager..awful quality of food today. The sandwiches and cakes were not fresh. The scones and cakes were shop bought and looked like it was going off! I could have made everyone 10 times better at home. Manager has an attitude. Money not well spent. Very regretful for going there! The Queen bless her soul would have been disgusted! Tea Island is the best tea room in the area! I adore everything from the food and drinks to the unique design and the top-notch customer service. The atmosphere is lovely and relaxing, with a warm and friendly staff. I will definitely be returning and highly recommend Tea Island to anyone who hasn't been yet!

Went 15th August for friend's birthday. Everything was perfect from the atmosphere, selection of delicious sandwiches and cakes, fantastic customer service and price. Nothing was too much trouble for them. Highly recommended and will definitely be back.
Visited here today with my son. Lovely little place. Food was lovely, member of staff who served us was helpful and pleasant. Will definitely go again at some point.
Excellent place. Food great quality and fresh. Superb value for money. The hosts are friendly and attentive. Will definately visit again.
