While some diners lament inflated prices and disappointing service, others cherish the cozy atmosphere, friendly staff, and delicious food offerings. Many reviews highlight issues such as long wait times, inadequate portion sizes, and a general decline in quality post-pandemic. However, amid the negative feedback, a few patrons still find joy in the café’s classic English fare and reasonably priced menu items. This ongoing dichotomy raises questions about the establishment's consistency and future in a challenging dining landscape.
