Paid for a mixed keebab, hardly anything in it. small pieces of lamb, small peices of chicken and half the donner meat of a medium keebab) All of which was burnt, dry and inediable. Tried asking what I...had paid over pound for and was sworn at. Customer service at its best. I will never recommend or eat here again. Seriously take the car or grab a cab and go to Hornchurch Charchol Grill.

When they eventually turned up they got the order wrong and we had to... read more We ordered from this place and had to wait a further minutes than the expected wait time. When they eventually turned up they got the order wrong and we had to get a replacement item, while everyone started eating one person had to wait....At first they said minutes but eventually it ended up being another minutes. The staff could have called to say they were running late etc. but they opted to say nothing and just take orders they could not fulfill on THEIR agreed times. Very poor service and the food was not all that. Won't be using again.
