As someo... read more The food quality and service at this restaurant are terrible. Despite ordering online and receiving my food on time, I was disappointed with the taste. As someone who has enjoyed KFC for a long time, I was expecting something delicious. However, the burger was cold and only contained two slices of buns and one piece of chicken. The 4 chicken wings I ordered, which are usually a favorite at KFC, were tasteless and cold. Instead of the expected two wings and two legs, all four pieces were legs. I would advise against visiting or ordering from this KFC in Hornchurch. It would be better to eat elsewhere.
