Never before have I had the misfortune in visiting such a grubby shambles of a KFC as this.Having recently visited this outlet for a family treat in what seemed... read more Never before have I had the misfortune in visiting such a grubby shambles of a KFC as this.Having recently visited this outlet for a family treat in what seemed like ages in a queue waiting to be served,I had to negotiate past a long queue of people only to be confronted with two swing doors to reach the upstairs seating area.Imagine having to struggle with a full tray of food in one hand whilst trying to hold both doors open at the same time.Upon having sat down at a filthy table with left over rubbish food strewn all over the place,we were greeted by the usual screaming brats their equally obnoxious parents driving us mad in the restaurant obviously oblivious to all the other diners.The food was just about acceptable,but his detracted from the awful decor cramped seating area which made for a thoroughly miserable dining experience.I think the franchisees ought to seriously take a reality check with this particular establishment with some much needed investment.Definately one to avoid.

This must rate as being one of the dirtiest,grubbiest KFC restaurants I have ever had the misfortune to visit.Filthy tables that had not been cleared, looking v... read more This must rate as being one of the dirtiest,grubbiest KFC restaurants I have ever had the misfortune to visit.Filthy tables that had not been cleared, looking very shabby indeed from the outside.No air conditioning upstairs at the time of visit one has to negotiate two swing doors to access the upstairs seating area.This is most inconvenient when trying to single-handedly hold a tray of food at the same time.And theres no guarantee of a seat upstairs after having ordered your meal at peak time.Food ok,but lack of investment a poorly run establishment makes this KFC a very poor dining experience indeed.

This place has just gone thru a recent refit and modernization of the shop, but unfortunately they still have the same problems with the staff. You can ask for... read more This place has just gone thru a recent refit and modernization of the shop, but unfortunately they still have the same problems with the staff. You can ask for thighs and breast portions, with burger meals, but when you get the food you will find no thighs and no burger meals, this means a trip back to the shop to get what you ordered. This used to happen all the time before the refit, but seems to be happening again. The food is the same standard as all the other KFC joints, so there is no problem with that, it is just the staffs inability to get a order right first time, they either do not listen or don't care, as this place is very busy. Just be aware when ordering and check your order before you leave, to save a return journey back to the shop.
