We were looking for a quick meal for our little ones and saw that chicken was on the menu. During our visit, the restaurant was undergoing renovation, so there were no seats available. We got what we needed and ended up eating in the park. The service was good, and the food met the expectations we have for KFC. Ordered online greasy chicken dripping with fat Luke warm inedible complete waste of money put straight in bin!
This place is very dirty, especially the manager, a Bangladeshi woman. The restaurant is small and dirty, and every time I go, the tablecloths look like they were just taken out of the washing machine. The food is also not good. I would not recommend going there.
The service at this restaurant is excellent! It's a shame that the local children often leave such a deliberate mess for the staff to clean up.
WE decide to have a KFC on the way home, it was very hot outside and the Staff in the Kitchen area must have felt it, the food was great as it always is in this KFC,we have had a meal from here a number of times.
This place has just gone thru a recent refit and modernization of the shop, but unfortunately they still have the same problems with the staff. You can ask for thighs and breast portions, with burger meals, but when you get the food you will find no thighs and no burger meals, this means a trip back to the shop to get what you ordered. This used to happen all the time before the refit, but seems to be happening again. The food is the same standard as all the other KFC joints, so there is no problem with that, it is just the staffs inability to get a order right first time, they either do not listen or don't care, as this place is very busy. Just be aware when ordering and check your order before you leave, to save a return journey back to the shop.
