About 10-15 minut... read more Why do these restaurants take orders if they cannot deliver? We placed an order through Just Eat around 7pm and were told it would be an hour. About 10-15 minutes later, we received a call saying one of the desserts was unavailable and asked if we wanted to replace it. Fine, we agreed. However, at 8:30, there was still no sign of our order. We tried calling but the line was constantly busy. The app finally notified us that the order was on its way, but it didn't arrive until 9:45pm with no apology from the delivery driver. The Ice Cream tasted awful and the Crepes were hard and unappetizing. We ended up throwing the whole £42 order in the bin. All we were offered was a £3 refund, which is unacceptable. Read the reviews before ordering - don't waste your money here.

Appalling experience here tonight, Arrived at 7.20pm and sat down, took over half an hour for the dirty plates from previous sittings to be removed from our tab... read more Appalling experience here tonight, Arrived at 7.20pm and sat down, took over half an hour for the dirty plates from previous sittings to be removed from our table, We each ordered on the app (3 of us at the same time) One friend received her crepe after about half an hour, I waited a a full hour after I had ordered and no crepe in sight so I went up and had to ask for it to be made... it wasn’t even busy there were about 5 tables in there, (less than half capacity) it seemed they just give priority to those taking away!! Dread to think how they handle it at full capacity! So finally after an hour of waiting my crepe arrives (friend had long finished hers and my other friend’s jacket potato arrived but was inedible so she left it and ordered a crepe instead) My crepe was the worst I have ever had it was hard and cold! Even though it had just been cooked supposedly? Hardly any sauce on it either so left most of it! When my friends crepe arrived she had ordered maple syrup and strawberries and it arrived without any strawberries? Only one of two toppings.. really is it that hard? Male manager’s attitude is awful and really rude to us- will not be returning, needs new management or shutting down.
