Convenient drive-thru, easy access, placed order through the app before getting there. Food was served hot even though the restaurant was not busy. Fast and hassle-free!
I will never go to this restaurant again. They make you wait for 10 minutes when they say "bear with me for a second", and the server had a sour expression on her face. There was no hospitality or manners shown. Additionally, they didn't appreciate me coming in and were taking too long to take my order. I decided to cancel my order as I didn't have time to waste and needed to return to work.
Despite the friendly staff, once again the food at KFC Havant was disappointing. It had been several months since our last visit, yet the quality had somehow gotten worse. The 10 piece bucket with fries lacked the usual wet wipes and sauce sachets, instead replaced by about 15 tissues. The chips tasted odd and seemed to share oil with something else, resulting in a cold and stodgy texture. The chicken's outer crumb, which is typically the highlight, also had a strange taste and easily fell off the chicken. Overall, it was a yucky experience.
Nice place to get a bit with free parking for few hours
Probably one of the better kfc around the guy served us 1st class polite very helpful worked non stop doing everything Pete is his name
