Yesterday eating was terrible over boiled, yorkshire... read more We come to the brookmans most sundays for a roast with family and friends and always have a beautiful meal. Yesterday eating was terrible over boiled, yorkshire puddings were tiny frozen overall eating was bad. the meal came to £100, which we usually do not pay, but yesterday I felt it was a total waste of money. I fed the manager back because we're regulars. we will be back as we usually love it. I hope it was a good time.

Three frying dinners arrived at the table! 3 frying dinners on the bill....grhhh! no bark to go with the bark... really annoying. no stuffing with the roasted wine (it was before), so it had to order as a side part (obvily to an additional cost) the dishes of the side arrived well 5mins after our bratessen. as soon as the lunch was finished, it took 27 minutes to eat our teller away booked at 4 o'clock, so not an animated time, maybe 5/6 other tables sitting. we loved the brookmans, but really a disappointment, as our last family of 8 visit this experience put on our big table number, but no excuse this visit I was afraid. to show how disappointed we were, we didn't let a tip that we hate, but the service was appalling. Eat was good enough. so a shame that the service shuts it off. the table next to us also complained about how long it took to delete their table, actually asked about the Dessert menu, while their tellers were still on the table.

The meats are delicious, the chicken in particular is soft and moist to taste which isn't always a guarantee at a restaurant. The best thing to taste was the slow cooked lamb shoulder souvlaki. If you're looking to eat quality greek food in Barnet I highly recommend this place.

Three pieces of Turkey brown meat two burnt chipolatas, vegetable mush and covered with gravy trying to hide the mess underneath. We ordered 4 of these meals! The starter was a fish cake which looked like it had been thrown on the plate. Cheap meat. This restaurant is a disgrace and I would highly recommend you don’t go there.

Arrived 5.55 was seated and then we must have turned invisible. 3/4 tables of guests in the restaurant,. Counted 8 staff (1 girl at the bar making drinks since we arrived so can’t blame her- I said goodbye to her as we left) 20 minutes is too long to wait to be asked if we want a drink, overall a disappointing experience to a place I haven’t been to for 2/3 years, I’ve had good food before here but didn’t get to taste it this time. I didn’t feel right spending my money there as the service was so disappointing.
