While some patrons enjoy the warm atmosphere created by friendly staff, others lament disorganization and rude service. Morning visits often reveal on-edge employees, contrasting with the more pleasant afternoons. Despite the inconsistencies, standout moments arise, like receiving extra treats and delightful frozen coffees, showcasing potential for greatness. Overall, while the service is hit-or-miss, the quality of food and the occasional rays of sunshine from attentive staff keep diners hopeful for improvements. For now, it remains a gamble for those seeking a quick bite or caffeine fix.
This place is very disorganized. The staff seem to have no clue what they are doing. I visited on a Monday at 12:50 and it wasn't busy at all, yet I still had to wait in line.
Every time I visit this restaurant, the woman who makes the sandwiches becomes increasingly rude. She will either curtly say "here" and push the bag in front of her with one hand.
The staff at this restaurant was very friendly. I ordered 10 munchkins for my daughter but wanted her to have a variety of flavors. The worker gave me 20 instead.
I stopped by for a quick coffee and snack. The service was fast and friendly.
The atmosphere at this restaurant seems different depending on the time of day. In the morning, the staff appear fragile and on edge, but in the afternoon when the guys are working, the experience changes. This includes purchasing gas and other items from the attached convenience shop and Dunkin' Donuts.
