This is a hidden gem in the Harboro/Warminster PA area. I was first introduced to this restaurant when I attended a baby shower which was held there. I must say that while I can see the effort put into this restaurant, there is a lot that could be improved upon. There are various ways that could make the dining experience more satisfying. I recommend that the restaurant focus on creating a more enticing aroma and opt for cooking with fresh ingredients instead of the frozen ones we were served. View all feedback.

Caruso's has been our go-to spot for delicious, authentic Italian food since the late 1990s. The owner, Giorgio, is friendly and welcoming, always treating us like part of the family. Plus, it's a BYOB restaurant!
Great little spot! Giorgio was very attentive and cared for us! Great food price right! Look forward to coming back and sampling more of the menu!

Great visit for an Anniversary dinner with my wife. Georgio is a fantastic owner and makes you feel right at home. Support local businesses! Must try a Warminster gem!
