The sandwich was delicious, but my server answered their cell phone while preparing it and wasn't wearing a hairnet. Other than that, everything else was fine.
I placed my order through the app, and they completely messed up my sandwiches! They gave me the wrong bread, left out the lettuce, added pickles when I didn't want them, and didn't include the right ingredients at all. I even tried calling to sort it out, but no one answered!
Workers were friendly and quick with my sandwich. Sandwich was good. But the store could really use some tint on the west windows. Inside was hot and just ordering the sun was beating down on you. Also you could tell the workers were hot. Just an idea for management.
Real Consistent Sandwich and Service ?
My one and only visit to a business in Haskell, despite multiple trips through the town on fishing trips, was to this Subway.The store is extremely clean, the sandwich that I had was about as close to perfect as Subway can make, and the people are very friendly. I would suggest going to this Subway. Great people....Great sandwiches.The only negative that I could glean from this business, is that the employees seem to be stressed and overworked. District MGT could probably make some adjustments in deligating employee workload.Its just my opinion, but I would suggest that your district manager step in and do their job. Your employees seem to be left doing jobs that were meant for regional managers.
