Hi there! Although theres always been issues at this location mainly how long it to Ok to order and receive your meal I found it to be the waitress who made it better! This past few months the times and service has been better but today I encountered theworst service around 10 am October 13th the waitress was a middle aged white woman with glasses who was slow and very rude andwhen you roll your eyes and slam my coke on my dirty table at that ...just because she had placed tea and wanted me to move toanother table with someone I came in with but clearly didn't have the desire to seat in the booth...she not only was slow shewaited on others and us before another two tables who were there before us...the only waitress who has ever respected and beenfriendly is Connie and she will always get up to a $20 tip this one today is getting a tip and that is to stop beinghateful..You have no business representing Rustic Cafe! Who else have you ran off? I won't step foot there until the day she isgone
Wait was extremely long , two other couples left because the wait time , ordered the rib-eye medium , it came half blue and mostly still cold just seared on the outside and not very well at that. My onion rings were saturated in oil and kind of soggy ,the okra tasted like it came out of a tin can and had a weird perfume flavor too boot. We ended being locked in while we atewhat of the meal we did eat because our orders did not come out till closing. I personally will not eat here again
Me and my wife went to lunch today and both had burgers. They definitely were really great burgers and both of us ate every bit it. The All in burger was really good. The staff was very friendly and both waitresses were pretty busy today. The cook ended upbringing us our food because the waitresses were busy and he didn't want our food to get cold. I shook his hand and told himthank you, his name is Andrew and he was very nice and could cook a pretty good burger. It was definitely a pretty goodexperience and I'm glad we went.
We went in for dinner and we were pleasantly suprised. I had grilled chicken and mashed potatoes with Greenbeans. It was fresh and grilled perfectly. I recommend the fried Jalapenos for a starter. Husband had the Salmon and said it could have been cookeda little more. We will definitely go back
First, I understand staffing issues, many places have this issue but.. im writing this as I sit here. Been here over an hour now, still no food. Im about to ask if they forgot my order at this point. The sole person working the dining room is tryingher best but she reallyyyyyy needs help. No exaggeration, took a solid 30 minutes to even get my order taken. The cooks or halfa cook working is turning out food the speed of snail... just got my food finally. And the sight of it made me laugh... 45minute wait to recieve some chicken strips that look like they came from a reject sonic. Super tiny pieces, suppose to be 4strips, 1 is a super tiny bite size crunch of breading. Food is likely to get cold befor I get my gravy. Again, I understandbeing understaffed but this is bad enough id say they shouldn't even be open.
