When I was ordering an older man and a yo... read more Today 4-6-24 at approx 10 am I came in to order food and the older Caucasian server looked like she was in a bad mood. When I was ordering an older man and a young male boy walked off because the server forgot about them. The server told him sorry forgot about you. When he walked off the lady just rolled her eyes. Today my onion rings were very greasy the Philly cheesteak was also skimpy and very soggy. When I walked in the two server's were in the corner just talking.

The food was excessively greasy and had an old, stale taste as if the grease hadn’t been replaced in ages. The restrooms were closed for cleaning throughout our visit, yet employees continued to use them. When I pointed out the need for fresh grease, they seemed completely oblivious to the issue. I strongly advise against dining here. Food: 1, Service: 1, Atmosphere: 1.

My wife had an omelet with hash browns, my baby had eggs, toast sausage. All the food was delicious! No leftovers no complaints from any of us. We will definitely return would give 10 stars if I could ??

There was continuously someone waiting for a to go order so obviously people know it's good. It's not fast food. There was a litte wait for the food to come out. Staff was nice. Prices were fair.

This past few months the times and service has been better but today I encountered theworst service around 10 am October 13th the waitress was a middle aged white woman with glasses who was slow and very rude andwhen you roll your eyes and slam my coke on my dirty table at that ...just because she had placed tea and wanted me to move toanother table with someone I came in with but clearly didn't have the desire to seat in the booth...she not only was slow shewaited on others and us before another two tables who were there before us...the only waitress who has ever respected and beenfriendly is Connie and she will always get up to a $20 tip this one today is getting a tip and that is to stop beinghateful..You have no business representing Rustic Cafe! Who else have you ran off? I won't step foot there until the day she isgone

My onion rings were saturated in oil and kind of soggy ,the okra tasted like it came out of a tin can and had a weird perfume flavor too boot. We ended being locked in while we atewhat of the meal we did eat because our orders did not come out till closing. I personally will not eat here again

The All in burger was really good. The staff was very friendly and both waitresses were pretty busy today. The cook ended upbringing us our food because the waitresses were busy and he didn't want our food to get cold. I shook his hand and told himthank you, his name is Andrew and he was very nice and could cook a pretty good burger. It was definitely a pretty goodexperience and I'm glad we went.

Unfortunately, the water they provide for cleaning windshields always smells bad and feels dirty. I feel sorry for travelers who can't even get their windshields cleaned while they fill up on gas.

As for me, I'm a fan of vinaigrette salad dressing, but that wasn't available. I was hoping for balsamic, but they only offered the typical options like Italian, Thousand Island, and ranch. Unfortunately, the lettuce tasted muddy, so I ended up just eating the bacon and ham from the salad. On a positive note, my daughter ordered chicken fried steak and said it was one of the best she's ever had. My son also got chicken strips and enjoyed them. That's why I’m giving it 3 stars—half of our family liked their meals. However, I probably wouldn’t return.

Despite its 3.7 rating, we found the breakfast pancakes, scrambled eggs, and ham steak to be quite delicious. Our waitress was friendly, the service was quick, and the bathroom was clean. I believe the Rustic Cafe deserves a much higher rating.
