Long wait. Finally asked what's happening, to find the order was dropped on the floor and was being redone. All cool, just needed an
7 months ago I left the review below and I'm the only one on here that didn't get acknowledged by the owner. Yes I worked here as the Assistant General Manager from the June 2020 until about August 2021 and if I'm correct I helped Heidi make this a better place than it had been in a year prior to my arrival from what our locals have stated. Just because I worked here doesn't mean my opinion doesn't matter because it does. I have only been back once since I left there and I will never return. I am however pursuing another top position in town so if you hear about the change please stop in try it out leave a review so I can fix what needs to be fixed and improve what is just mediocre and make this place the best place to stop in for a bite to eat.Sonic is the only place in town that does NOT support the community they are in nor donate to them to help improve the community and their schools.

I ordered a BBQ wrap but received a cheese Baja wrap instead. When I called to request a change, the staff members were rude and questioning. The wrap was soaked in sauce, and when I asked for the BBQ wrap I originally ordered, they made me feel like I was in the wrong. Additionally, my child's meal was served cold, as if it had been sitting out for a long time. Overall, it was a terrible experience.
