What Angel Rosado dislikes about Baskin-robbins:
We have been to this Baskin Robbins four times, and each time they've had a different excuse for not being able to make milkshakes, which seems unfair to customers. The service has been consistently disappointing. I wouldn't recommend this location. View all feedback.

My visit to the restaurant was rather disappointing. I went there to enjoy some ice cream, but I was greeted by a disorganized freezer. Two of the tubs looked like they had simply been thrown back in, and many were nearly empty. To make matters worse, there were no labels on the tubs, leaving me clueless about which flavors were available. The glass in front of the ice cream display was dirty and smudged with fingerprints. Since the place was mostly empty, it wouldn't have taken much effort to clean the surfaces.

I had a terrible experience with customer service at this restaurant. I stood in line for five minutes without even being acknowledged. When I was finally attended to, I was asked to wait a few more minutes for the manager, who never arrived, so I decided to leave. To make matters worse, the place was dirty—there was a used napkin in the ice cream, which also looked stale. The countertops were messy and covered in trash and stains. I definitely won't be returning; it's not worth your time or money!

Nine times out of ten, the coffee tastes like overcooked, burnt water, even if you arrive early. I've unfortunately spent over $100 at this coffee shop because they don't seem to care enough to discard coffee that has been sitting on the burner for far too long to be drinkable. Iced coffee should NEVER taste like burnt toast!

The restaurant was disappointing. I went in for some ice cream, but the tubs were poorly arranged. Two of them appeared to be carelessly tossed back into the freezer, and many were nearly empty. There were no labels at all, so I couldn't identify the flavors of some of the ice cream. The glass front of the ice cream display was dirty and covered in fingerprints. After we left, my wife opened her pint, only to discover the next problem: about a fifth of it was missing from the top. Wondering if it was just a factory error, she was soon disappointed to find that the ice cream had freezer burn on top and the remaining portion was rock-solid. At this point, we were about 15 minutes away, and we had to drop the kids off before heading back to attempt an exchange before closing time. When we returned, we explained the situation, and here’s where the story took a turn for the better. Both employees on duty, Gabe and Madeline, were incredibly accommodating. They listened to our concerns and offered to exchange the pint for a new one. When they realized they didn’t have the same flavor available, Madeline checked the refrigerator while Gabe went to find more in the back. Unfortunately, they didn’t locate any, but they offered my wife the chance to choose a different flavor and even provided an extra scoop for the inconvenience. Gabe and Madeline delivered not only professional service but also showed genuine care in making things right. The exceptional customer service they provided transformed what could have been a frustrating experience into a 5-star turnaround. Having managed a customer service support center myself, I understand the value of excellent service. Gabe and Madeline are truly exceptional employees, and whoever hired them should consider giving them a raise. They are real assets to the team!
