Since it was lunchtime, we... read more I placed a catering order for our employees last Saturday, requesting 33 Footlong Box Meals. Unfortunately, we only received 6 meals. Since it was lunchtime, we distributed what we had among our employees. I followed up today to address the issue and was informed that no action would be taken – no refund and no resolution. Because of this experience, we won’t be choosing them for our future lunch orders. Their customer service was very disappointing. Service: Takeout.

An employee named Rowan called me to inform me that they were out of what I ordered. Since I didn’t want a cold sandwich, I asked for a roast beef instead. He mentioned it would cost 10 cents more and that they were about to close, suggesting I should cancel my order! How incredibly frustrating is that? I had to call to cancel my order, and I definitely won’t be ordering from that Subway again. The worst staff imaginable!

We gave out what we had to our employees as it was lunch time. I called today to have this addressed. I was told they were going to do nothing about it. No refund, nothing. We won't be using them for our lunches in the future. Very poor customer service. Service: Takeaway Meal type: Lunch Price per person: $100+
