Where is the customer service these days? Jayla did not represent the restaurant well. She was rude to us and had a bad attitude towards the food while preparing our meal. The restaurant needs to hire more welcoming staff. We almost left without ordering because my partner was very hungry. I now understand why this Subway location has such a low rating. Their operating hours are unreliable as they seem to open and close at their own discretion. Despite it being 6pm on a Sunday, the restaurant is currently closed. It is advised for them to update their signage and information on Google.
