I ordered a parmo wrap and was disappointed to find that the chips were still hard in the middle and undercooked. The parmo wrap was drenched in grease and had burnt bits all over it, indicating poor cleanliness of the appliances. Additionally, the wrap did not contain any salad. The only positive aspect was that the food was hot.
