The food was terrible! I ordered a parmo wrap with garlic, but it came without any garlic. I was tricked into adding extra cheese (for an additional fee) because I couldn't proceed with my order without it. The fries were not good. The only positive thing was the mozzarella sticks. I attempted to call the restaurant to resolve my order issue, but they did not answer.
This is the worst takeaway I have ever had. They have completely put me off chicken parmos. The dish arrived cold and tasted like it was made from a pre-made parmo that was at least two years old. It left a horrible taste in my mouth, similar to smoking 40 cigarettes. Absolutely disgusting.
The food at this restaurant was terrible. Save your money. I ordered a parmo wrap and was disappointed to find that the chips were still hard in the middle and undercooked. The parmo wrap was drenched in grease and had burnt bits all over it, indicating poor cleanliness of the appliances. Additionally, the wrap did not contain any salad. The only positive aspect was that the food was hot.
Ordered food through an app. Food arrived 1 hour 15 mins late . The food went back I was offered a refund 15 days later all I got was verbal abuse from manager . This place was excellent before ! New management new attitude and it stinks .
