Made reservations thru OpenTable two weeks in advance. Also max advantage members. Were seated in the bar? Told we needed to order right away as we had theater tickets 2 1/2 later. Service was slow and one meal was over cooked and tough. Getting someone’s attention was difficult and resulted in one member of the party not getting served. We picked up the BBQ box last night from MAX A MIA and it was absolutely the best. I’ve purchased similar deals from local “smoke houses” and this BBQ was far better. The absolute best brisket I’ve had in CT.the reheating directions were spot on. Kudos to the person who came up with this and hope that maybe this was a precursor to a new Max BBQ restaurant View all feedback.
