A guy in the back cooking other things, and a younger and older lady up... read more Everytime I went there (4x), there was alwa a long wait. There's usually 3 people there. A guy in the back cooking other things, and a younger and older lady up front, whom I believe owns the place. I really only want the chicken, but was told that I have to order fries with it. I'm not even supposed to eat fries, but I eat a few to feel like I'm not wasting my money. And they're shoestring fries which but hard. I wished they used the regular fries or wedges. I wasn't allowed to select the parts of chicken I want either. Chicken is already cooked and fries constantly made. Why do I have to wait almost 20 minutes each time? The younger lady won't serve me until the older lady finishes cooking the chicken she's in progress of. The older one has to be the one to cash me out. Why!? The younger lady could cash me out and give me my order, so could be out. As far as the taste of the food the chicken is fresh, but could use seasoning. At least salt and pepper. A little bland to me. The fries are fresh, but usually hard to me. I always hated shoestring fries though. $12 for 3 or 4 pieces of chicken and fries. Service is slow as I said already. The atmosphere is somewhat cozy though.
