Absolutely appalling customer service. Wanted to place a large order for food and rang to find out information and all I got was ‘we are busy’. I asked if they would be able to provide the items if I came to the shop to order and was told we won’t be able to do it as we are busy! Rang early to give them some notice but got turned away with ‘we are busy’…. Won’t be using them again!!! Service: 1 View all feedback.
Terrible customer service. I called to inquire about placing a large food order and was simply told, "we are busy." When I asked if I could come to the restaurant to place the order in person, they responded that they still couldn’t accommodate me due to being busy. I called early to give them ample notice but was repeatedly turned away with the same excuse. I will not be using this place again! Service rating: 1
