The food at this restaurant was served cold, low quality, not fresh, and tasted terrible. The starters we ordered had mold on them, which was extremely unappetizing. I strongly advise against dining here unless you want to risk getting sick with diarrhea and food poisoning. If you have any enemies or people you don't like, feel free to suggest this place to them.
My family and I visit this restaurant at least 3 times a month. The food is consistently fresh and the staff is always amazing. Today, I received exceptional service from a lovely, friendly, and charming lady who was serving us. She truly brought life to the place and I will definitely be visiting again. It's a shame I didn't get her name, but I believe she is new to the restaurant and is a fantastic addition to the team.
The food at this restaurant is both authentic and delicious. However, the customer service could use some improvement. The staff should be trained to smile and be more friendly, as they can come across as a bit too serious. The bustling atmosphere can be overwhelming with so many options and customers, making it easy to get confused. It's not ideal when the staff get frustrated with your confusion, especially since customers are there to spend money.
I visited my family in NW London shortly after the third lockdown restrictions were eased and we decided to eat out at our old favourite Sambal Express. We were pleased to discover that they continue serve the same great Masala Dosa as they did pre COVID-19. It's also worth mentioning that compared to two other Asian restaurants I've visited (in the Midlands this is the first one that I thought took COVID measures seriously. They asked us to sign in with the NHS Test and Trace app and had reasonably spaced tables with tall transparent screens. Thanks for attempting to make the visit as safe as possible!
Would walk from the Eurotraveller Premier Hotel Harrow to fetch good spicy breakfast. Both veg and non-veg options available. Vg options include Upma, Samosa, Alu parotha, Noodles,Biryani. Well packed takeaways for tourist.
