The starters we ordered had mold on them, which was extremely unappetizing. I strongly advise against dining here unless you want to risk getting sick with diarrhea and food poisoning. If you have any enemies or people you don't like, feel free to suggest this place to them.

Today, I received exceptional se... read more My family and I visit this restaurant at least 3 times a month. The food is consistently fresh and the staff is always amazing. Today, I received exceptional service from a lovely, friendly, and charming lady who was serving us. She truly brought life to the place and I will definitely be visiting again. It's a shame I didn't get her name, but I believe she is new to the restaurant and is a fantastic addition to the team.

The staff should be trained to smile and be more friendly, as they can come across as a bit too serious. The bustling atmosphere can be overwhelming with so many options and customers, making it easy to get confused. It's not ideal when the staff get frustrated with your confusion, especially since customers are there to spend money.

I have found the quality of the food to be consistently outstanding, and really appreciate the professionalism and friendliness of the staff at this branch of Sambal Express. Being Sri Lankan in origin myself, I am very grateful to be able to eat Sri Lankan food here in London that is authentic and which brings back wonderful memories of home.
