The Jalebi was crisp and sweet, perfectly paired with savory Ganthiya and chutney. The Poha Bateta was light yet flavorful, enhanced by spiced potatoes that added a comforting touch. The Dokri served with green chutney was soft, spicy, and refreshing. The Pathra was unique with its texture and savory layers. Each dish was simple yet delicious, balancing sweet, savory, and spicy elements—a warm and inviting way to begin the celebrations. Wedding Day Food: The wedding day menu featured comforting and flavorful dishes. The Dilo Montar impressed with its spiced filling, and the Spring Rolls with Kathu were crispy and delicious. The warm, fluffy Batura paired perfectly with the hearty Chana Potato Saak. Guests also enjoyed the Matur Bhatt, Kudi, and Kichri, all comforting and satisfying. The Dokri with Green Chutney added a savory touch, while the Farffar brought a pleasant crunch. The refreshing Lassi was an ideal finish.
