My colleagues and I regularly order food from here when working late and in the last 2 years after countless takeaways I have never been disappointed by bother food and the service. Local takeaway that I've been going to for a long time. It used to be good value but the price increases make it less so. It would not be such a problem, however there is a minimum card limit for £12. Very inconvenient if buying an order for just one person. The woman at this restaurant was extremely rude, telling me to hurry up and order while swearing at me. Additionally, I noticed how dirty the place was - it seemed like they were using the kitchen as a bathroom.
The food was disgusting and cold, and it took over an hour and a half to be served. I got diarrhoea afterwards, and there was no apology given. Additionally, they overcharged me. Make sure to check your change and the total amount. The staff was very abusive when I addressed these issues, and they lacked manners in customer service. I would give them zero stars.
This Chinese restaurant serves the best food in the area, hands down.
Been going for 10 years now, still as good as day one
