When I returned this morning and kindly asked the staff to use less syrup, explaining my previous experience, I was met with strange looks, attitude, and passive aggression. I made it clear that I wasn't upset; all I wanted was a little less syrup in my coffee. The staff's response was that if I didn't have a problem, I shouldn't say anything next time.
