When I returned this morning and kindly asked the staff to use less syrup, explaining my previous experience, I was met with strange looks, attitude, and passiv... read more When I returned this morning and kindly asked the staff to use less syrup, explaining my previous experience, I was met with strange looks, attitude, and passive aggression. I made it clear that I wasn't upset; all I wanted was a little less syrup in my coffee. The staff's response was that if I didn't have a problem, I shouldn't say anything next time. Frustrated, I asked for a refund and left. In summary, the coffee is amazing, but the customer service from the new staff leaves a lot to be desired. I won’t be ordering again, and based on my experience today, I doubt I will be missed as a customer.

At just £3, thei... read more I ordered a baguette filled with chicken and bacon, and I really enjoyed it! I would have snapped a picture, but I finished it all too quickly. At just £3, their sandwiches are definitely worth it. I’ve also tried their coffee, and since it’s a coffee shop, I expect it to be good as well.
