This was quite distracting and made for an uncomfortable atmosphere. On a positive note, the food was served quickly and was quite tasty. I would recommend this place for takeout, but I can't say I would suggest it for dining in.

While he did cover his mouth, I realized he was the same person working in the kitchen. I couldn't see if he had washed his hands, especially since the kitchen was open to view. Ultimately, I decided to leave. It's unfortunate because I usually enjoy eating here—their Philly cheesesteak melt is fantastic. However, I’m hesitant to risk it if he's the one preparing the food.

The French fries were left in an uncovered cup, and the hamburger was just wrapped up and thrown into the bag. Furthermore, Lucinda wasn't very receptive or friendly when I voiced my concerns, which could have provided her and her team with an opportunity to enhance their service for future customers.

My waitress was quite busy being the only one on staff, but she kept me updated, and I didn't mind at all. Despite the crowd, we were able to finish our meal in under an hour. The dishes were served hot (with the exception of the ice cream) and tasted absolutely amazing!

The food is delicious an... read more My wife and I have been fans of Friendly's for a long time. Unfortunately, there are only a handful of locations remaining in our area. The food is delicious and reasonably priced. Despite being understaffed, the service was attentive. And, of course, you can't visit Friendly's without indulging in some ice cream! It was delightful!
