My waiter was cool as **** and we, my wife and I, signed up for the member thing and we both got an appetizer free, so the manager let us use one on dessert and one on an appetizer. After working in the service industry for years, I try to be understanding. I was the only person waiting in the curbside takeaway and I could see my bag sitting inside the door as I sat in my truck waiting for ten minutes, watching employees walk back and forth next to it. The Outback Steakhouse experience left a mixed impression. While the food tended towards the bland side, the standout service redeemed the overall dining experience.
