I hate this McDonald's! Your employee customer service is really sucked! You don't hear what you order, and they don't do it right either. This place has been messing up for a long time. You can't even call because the phone is out. View all feedback.
This McDonald’s is always on the point, fast and has a good customer service. The only time I saw her is if slow unproductive people don't know what they're ordering. Requisit to this place!
McDonald's does not always get it right but this particular location has been on point in the past year or so. I am not a fan but my son, nieces and nephew love it. The drive through is very efficient and friendly. I love when I place a drive through order and don't have to get off to go have it corrected. Keep up the good job.

Although I do like McDonald's, tonight the B team must of been work as you can see below, they totally forgot the bbq sause on one of my mcribs and my two Mcdoubles, had two completely different toppings
This has got to be the worse McDonald’s in Harlingen. They get your order wrong, even if it was correct on the screen, and when I correct them at the window, even the female manager is upset, making faces. I keep going back to this one because it’s convenient, hoping they’d get better, and because I’m flat out dumb!
