I always enjoy the pulpits, but not necessarily the service. During the pandemic it is understandable that the staff should limit their conversations with the patrons, but literally do not make eye contact, place a mobile order on the counter, and mumbling what might thank you is unacceptable. I had to check if things were before me and if all my things were there. It should be common to confirm the order of a custom... View all feedback.
What Zula Wuckert doesn't like about Auntie Anne's:
Wrong prices displayed and they said they couldn't correct them. They should have said something before I ordered. I called their district office and they never got back to me, just took my message. I called the corporate office and they apologized and gave me a coupon for a free pretzel. They couldn't do anything else because it is a franchise. View all feedback.
Nice people, great snack food. Try it... You won't regret it!

Hot, fresh and handmade. What is not to like. We typically get a salted pulp with white glaze on the side and a lemonade. Here is one thing you need to know before ordering, the staff will either get extra money from you by selling or if this fails by increasing your drink size without your knowledge then download for it. When you call her, they don't really deny it.
If you want a pretzel like those served at state fairs up north, skip this place. While served hot, they are tasteless and much to soft. Pricey too.
Went to the mall at 2:45 pm on a Wednesday.... no one was there, no closed sign, nothing....
