What Zula Wuckert doesn't like about Auntie Anne's:
Wrong prices displayed and they said they couldn't correct them. They should have said something before I ordered. I called their district office and they never got back to me, just took my message. I called the corporate office and they apologized and gave me a coupon for a free pretzel. They couldn't do anything else because it is a franchise. View all feedback. I always enjoy the pulpits, but not necessarily the service. During the pandemic it is understandable that the staff should limit their conversations with the patrons, but literally do not make eye contact, place a mobile order on the counter, and mumbling what might thank you is unacceptable.
