Relaxing atmosphere coffee and sandwiches very good. Staff friendly and always cater for my needs. I could sit there all day if I had the time and watch the world go buy so long as I get a street view table. View all feedback.
What Sofia Wood doesn't like about Caffe Nero:
when they visit cafe nero in muswell hill I was greeted with sickly terrible coworkers who asked me to buy a drink as soon as I set myself. I must have been sitting for 30 seconds before the staff required me to go to the bar I was shocked and extremely discouraged. Of course I wanted to buy a drink, but I wanted to sit first. Told me my voucher wasn’t valid. I had to argue to get them to try and scan it at which point it worked.
In general the service is good. I always get good coffees. However the toilets are always dirty and disgusting. It just feels that those are only cleaned once a day in the mornings and then left at customers mercy. By midday it’s just dare to go in if you dare. The funny thing is that the toilet quality check is updated regularly. I wonder what do they look at?
The staff is always friendly and accommodating, no matter how busy they are.
Not my favourite Nero. Serving a babycino, (or whatever they call it), at near boiling point marked a particular low point on the most recent visit. Service not as slick as in most Neros that I visit.
This restaurant is really great, but it can get very busy and it's hard to find a seat, especially when people are hogging them with their laptops.
