What User doesn't like about Jax Donuts:
This place never has what it advertises. I've tried to get a croissant box about five times at 8:30, but each time they say they're sold out and try to push me to buy something else. Additionally, there are always older men inside playing the lottery who make me uncomfortable by checking out women. It's very unpleasant. I've done my best to cover up, but I still feel harassed. The coffee here is excellent, and I really love the flavor! However, the only issue is with the cups—they're quite cheap and not very practical. They're so hot that it's difficult to hold onto them while driving. I wonder if the health department is aware of this; they really need to consider switching to better cups. View all feedback.
