Stopped to grab some lunch while headed north. The A&W was within 200 meters of Hwy 11. Ordered a double something burger. It was wonderful. Had cooked onions and various other goodies. The diet root beer was normal but on the warm side. View all feedback.

Yes, I ate at A&W again, after so many poor visits in the past. A trip to Goose Bay offers so few choices to eat, so you must lower your standards when needed. The service was average and the food was average. The price is on par for what it is and where you are. This visit was a little better than most other visits to A&W. View all feedback.
I ordered online and picked up minutes later at the door. Well set up for distance acquisition of food. The usual great tasting teenburger from A&W.
The food is very good with all the normal selections. Frosted mug rootbeer is always good. The service was fast and friendly.
A&W pretty well invented the drive-in and their offerings have always been the same. Burgers and Fries are the main attraction. I think their beef is higher quality.
Trying to make flight arranges so grabbed a quick burger. Staff is fine prices are crazy 14 bucks for a burger fries and drink. The restaurant itself is well beyond its serviceable life. Counters completely worn and tiles too. The owner obviously has no pride in the appearance of his restaurant.
A&W Restaurants are my favorite fast food stop. This A&W in Happy Valley-Goose Bay is staffed by some of the friendliest servers that I have every encountered.
