The town's worst Tim Hortons. We purchased Timbits, French vanilla, and coffee. Timbits tasted stale. That was just thrown. The coffee was terrible, and the French vanilla was pathetic. The service was likewise bad. They were slow and unnoticed. The employees did not prioritise customers.The place was clean. It wasn't the best, but it was clean. That was the only positive thing we could think of.Edited: Thank you for your prompt reply. But we could not update the sheet as we did not have the survey code as we did not take the receipt.
Customer service is good and food is amazing. Night staff and morning staff is excellent, provides fast service.
The Tim Hortons portion of the Davidson truckstop was very very dirty! The toilet was absolutely disgusting and there was cockroaches running around on the floor in the restaurant! The health board should go there and check that entire place out, including the Dairy Queen as well!
They need to get people who can actually work a rush after a rider game. The ladies today looked miserable, just scowled when I corrected her on my order; terrible service and got my order wrong after a 20 minute wait but was already on the road when I noticed.
Absolutely appalling, Coffee was horrible. No taste, no color. Service sucked no hello no thank you and have a nice day. Not clean, all in all do not recommend it unless you just don’t care.
