Could not understand what the lady at the drive through was saying. I asked her what sauces they have for their nuggets and spoke extremely quickly like she didn't want to take the time to answer my question at a normal speed. It was not very busy, and nobody was ahead of me nor behind me in the drive through line, so I don't understand her rush. View all feedback.
I mainly visit the restaurant for the Frosty. If there was a closer location, I would prefer to go there. The staff seem unpleasant and indifferent.
I recently visited Wendy's and had a bad experience. My order was incorrect, as I was missing a sandwich. The floors and bathrooms were dirty, and one of the cashiers did not speak English. This restaurant is in poor condition and should either be shut down or taken over by corporate management.
I enjoyed my burger and fries at this restaurant, but I was not impressed with the new cinnibon dessert that I ordered. Unfortunately, it was hard and seemed like it had been sitting out for too long. The service was excellent and quick, but I was disappointed with the dessert. I hate to leave negative reviews, but for $4.00, I only had three bites before I had to throw it away. My suggestion would be to monitor the rotation of the cinnamon desserts more closely.
So Wendy's is offering $2 doubles but you need to use the app went to Wendy's app got logged in and selected the QR code the attendant scanned the code and said you need to order online I went trought the app it didn't have an order online prompt so Wendy's refused to sell me a hamburger. There ought to be a law about deceptive business practices like this!
Around 715pm I pull up to wendys intercom the young girl is having an attitude as I explain what I want to eat!! I pull up and no ones at the cashier post so i pulled to the next window same girl with attitude told me to pull back cause the cashier was to busy playing around, another car cut me off and went to the window I was just at!! The young lady lied to me that she couldn't take my money but she took the other person's money and was laughing about it ????someone needs to correct thier employees or get a whole new staff!!
