I understand why they closed. When u have people trying to cook soul food and have no skills... I tried 2x eating there and almost everything from the baby wings with feathers to the cracked with shells or no I forgot the grease oil and butter ... glad they closed...tried to support but cmon son... yall was suppose to rep bmore....the chicken boxes were terrible.

This Restaurant was top notch! If you are looking for some real soul food cooking with love; this is where it 's at. The owner Kim makes you feel welcomed u0026 right at home. The food was so delicious and so satisfying.?

Wow!! I was quite surprised and delighted. I ordered barbecue chicken which fell off the bone, the Mac and cheese and green beans. Oh and I can’t forget the corn bread!! The food was delicious and the service was awesome!! So friendly and helpful. I will definitely be coming back!!

Arrived late on a Saturday after a two day conference. The service was excellent. Best catfish and collards I’ve had in a long time. Bring cash for tips. Definitely recommend.

Basically the only soul food spot in this town so being from Baltimore I was happy, excited and ready to support. So I got a crab cake dinner that comes with rice and choice of sides. I got sides of mac cheese, greens and yams. The flavor of the food was pretty good, seasoned.But I was served a bad crab cake. As in there were shells alllll throughout. I didn't wanna throw my money away so I picked cautiously thru it as there were some big pieces in it.(pictures). And the yams I got were so full of butter/oil there were inedible. I would like to give them another shot, but idk. I've never experienced a crabcake full of so many shells.
