What Dody Y doesn't like about York Street Treat:
It was posted an ice-cream flavor on the menu that could not get. Not out of it, just could not get it as a single flavor. Ordered a dish of ice cream, got it in a cone. Got 2 soft pretzels that had no salt. (We often purchase the same brand of pretzels and salt packets are in every package). Not at this place, and it did not say they were no salt pretzels. I had a great experience at this restaurant! The ice cream was delicious. For takeout, the food was fantastic, earning a perfect score of 5. The service also deserves a 5, as it was excellent. The atmosphere was nice too, so I would rate it a 4. Overall, it was a lovely visit!
The ice cream is delicious, the staff is friendly, and we didn't have to wait too long for our food despite the line. The parking lot is quite spacious and there are outdoor seating options available nearby.
I really love this place—great ice cream! However, I'm giving it 4 stars because the crab shack down the road by the train tracks offers larger portions for a lower price.
Great ice cream!!!! Don't change suppliers of where you get your mix
The food here is not much better than fast food. But it's quick and convenient.
